Discovery Time

This week our focus for Discovery Time was- Using Our Initiative. This is our School wide social skill at the moment. We talked about different ways that we can show our initiative and what this word means. We decided that it is all about solving problems and thinking about things carefully. 

At Discovery Time all the activities were based on problem solving. Here are some of the things we did: 
-Making something out of newspaper or toilet paper 
-Puzzles
-Building
-Classroom Scavenger hunt  
-Dominoes 
-Marble Run 
-Lemon/baking soda/dish washing liquid mix 

and many more! 

At the end of Discovery Time we shared what we made and did during Discovery Time and talked about how we solved some problems.
